Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support medical centre administration and reception activities.
  • •Maintain patient records and process medical documentation to keep information accurate and up to date.
  • •Complete opening/closing checks and equipment checks for the Nursing team when not available.
  • •Manage appointment systems and support daily clinics using DMICP, including telephone enquiries.
  • •Use NHS E-Referral Service (ERS) for electronic appointment bookings, maintain spreadsheets/workbooks, and coordinate follow-ups to close entries.

Key Requirements
