Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing’s MAA MRP Part 145 approval or under the MOD customer approval.
  • •Supervise technicians executing maintenance activities, including planning, sequencing, distributing, and controlling technical work for a small group.
  • •Perform assembly, disassembly, modification, or repair of aircraft systems/structures/electronics/components and upgrade components as required.
  • •Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical/electronic) to isolate faults and repair per authorised maintenance documents.
  • •Provide risk mitigation (including stop work), timely escalation of emerging risks, and contribute to continuous improvement activities and open reporting culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Recognised relevant trade apprenticeship or trade training equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and processes applicable to the aviation environment (e.g., Human Factors, FOD control, tool control, health & safety & COSHH).
  • •Working knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, aviation Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety Management System (SMS) application within area of responsibility.
  • •Proficient computer skills, using the Microsoft Office suite.
