Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders using EquipmentShare’s tech; track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause/corrective action using vehicle diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • •Order parts and assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and maintain paperwork/electronic documentation daily.
  • •Support small truck upfitting and assist training of lower level technicians as needed; travel to customer sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, and repair.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with strong working knowledge of tools and schematics/diagrams.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including servicing multiple vehicle makes (Chevrolet, Dodge, Ford).
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Must own tools applicable to the position; ASE certification is preferred.
