Job Summary

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and strategic business partnering for the corporate business function. Provide financial planning, forecasting, performance insights, and decision support to group and corporate leadership. Own management reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance across corporate divisions, schools, and the education foundation across the UAE and MENA. Drive cost management, embed AI and digital transformation, and lead a high-performance finance team of 10.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a financial advisor to Group Headquarters leadership for strategic planning, investment decisions, and business improvement initiatives.
•Lead financial oversight including management reporting across corporate divisions and schools/AFEF.
•Own budgeting and forecasting, including variance analyses and bi-weekly cash flow planning within approved funding limits.
•Track and analyze financial performance against KPIs to identify cost savings and improvement opportunities.
•Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with corporate policies and external regulations, and lead/ motivate a finance team of 10.

Key Requirements

•Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with proven expertise in FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Management Accounting & Reporting.
•12+ years of experience in Business/Group Finance & Accounting.
•Proficiency with ERP systems including SAP, FICO, and BPC.
•Experience with information systems such as Power BI and AI tools.
•Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls.
