Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality service experience. Educate customers on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and cross-train to support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Help with new account openings and problem resolution, participate in retail community leadership routines, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized client transactions and accurately handling assigned monies.
•Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, to enhance the client experience.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
