Job Summary

Design and deploy forward-deployed AI agent workflows within specific business domains, mapping existing and future opportunities to improve throughput, coverage, and speed. You’ll define target human-in-the-loop workflows, integrate agents with enterprise systems via APIs and tooling, and run them in production with KPI tracking, evals, observability, and safe iteration. You’ll report into the central AI & Automation team and partner with domain leadership to scale reusable patterns.

Key Responsibilities

•Map workflows in the domain, identify step-change opportunities unlocked by AI/ML/automation, and build business cases aligned with domain leadership.
•Design future-state workflows, including structured/unstructured data flows, agent vs. human responsibilities, context requirements, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
•Stand up and connect agents and automation pipelines to enterprise systems using approved AI platforms, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and MCP servers within IT/security guardrails.
•Operate agents and automation in production by owning end-to-end performance, tracking throughput/quality/cost/KPIs, triaging failures, and tuning prompts/context.
•Create and manage evals with safe iteration: re-run evals on material changes, implement observability (tracing, structured logs, dashboards), and retire agents when they’re no longer the right tool.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting, plus working knowledge of LLM/agent behavior including prompting, context, tool use, and RAG.
•Comfort building and operating AI agent workflows on a cloud platform.
•Trustworthy handling of elevated access with least-privilege, auditability, and safe rollbacks.
•Strong technical and process judgment focused on outcomes and KPIs, with the ability to lead technical/business discussions.
•Ability to connect AI agents to business systems and handle enterprise integration challenges such as auth, schema drift, rate limits, and data quality.
