Key Responsibilities

  • •Map workflows in the domain, identify step-change opportunities unlocked by AI/ML/automation, and build business cases aligned with domain leadership.
  • •Design future-state workflows, including structured/unstructured data flows, agent vs. human responsibilities, context requirements, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • •Stand up and connect agents and automation pipelines to enterprise systems using approved AI platforms, APIs, webhooks, CLIs, and MCP servers within IT/security guardrails.
  • •Operate agents and automation in production by owning end-to-end performance, tracking throughput/quality/cost/KPIs, triaging failures, and tuning prompts/context.
  • •Create and manage evals with safe iteration: re-run evals on material changes, implement observability (tracing, structured logs, dashboards), and retire agents when they’re no longer the right tool.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting, plus working knowledge of LLM/agent behavior including prompting, context, tool use, and RAG.
  • •Comfort building and operating AI agent workflows on a cloud platform.
