Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SailPoint identity and access management transformation in a SAFe Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end delivery of a SailPoint IAM program as both Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer within a SAFe Agile framework.
•Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
•Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting aligned to Program Increment objectives.
•Remove delivery impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.
•Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements while providing transparent reporting on delivery health and milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 153,000 - 197,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within a SAFe Agile environment.
•Demonstrated experience serving as both a Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer on enterprise delivery initiatives.
•Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
•Experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, ideally including SailPoint implementations.
•Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
