Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end delivery of a SailPoint IAM program as both Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer within a SAFe Agile framework.
  • •Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • •Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting aligned to Program Increment objectives.
  • •Remove delivery impediments, coordinate cross-team dependencies, and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.
  • •Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements while providing transparent reporting on delivery health and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within a SAFe Agile environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience serving as both a Senior Project Manager and Release Train Engineer on enterprise delivery initiatives.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • •Experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, ideally including SailPoint implementations.
