Key Responsibilities

  • •Standardize how infrastructure work is requested, planned, executed, and closed across all shops using a consistent WO/PM/estimate/closeout standard with documented exceptions.
  • •Adopt company and site standards and bring in processes from other SpaceX plants when applicable.
  • •Choose and justify the right fix lever (software/AI/data, physical/tooling change, or personnel skill/behavior standard) and communicate the rationale.
  • •Define and improve the work-management system (Warp/Foundation work orders, PM/PdM backlog, kitting, as-found/as-left closeout, critical spares) and write WOs for owned initiatives.
  • •Own commissioning and operational readiness for new/modified systems, including punch lists, first PMs, spare setup, procedures, and trained turnover to operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •1+ years of professional experience in industrial plant, central plant, utilities, facilities, power generation, process operations, or maintenance engineering.
  • •2+ years in a process plant or similar 24/7 plant environment (e.g., municipal/industrial utility, semiconductor/data-center facilities, shipyard).
  • •Hands-on work management experience with Warp, Foundation, Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent CMMS, including writing and closing work orders.
  • •Experience reading P&IDs/electrical one-lines/OEM manuals and commissioning or establishing operational readiness (punch list through first PMs and spare setup).
