Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a personal caseload including initial review, evidential gathering, third-party investigations, instructing counsel and experts, and drafting documents.
  • •Lead a mini team, ensuring service delivery and development, with technical supervision and objective setting within performance processes.
  • •Contribute to sales/BD by managing nominated accounts, delivering client MI, and planning training events for insurer clients.
  • •Drive the litigation process, including settlement negotiations, Part 36 offers, ADR involvement, and pre-action/interim applications.
  • •Ensure compliance with SRA and conduct advocacy by telephone and in person.
