Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps in process or systems.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong stockroom standards and safe operations.
  • •Use reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities insights to support business-driving strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operations environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store, including sales floor and back of house.

  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, safely climb up/down a ladder, and stand/move for an entire shift.
