Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute operational standards in the store, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement policies, procedures, and updates.
  • •Maintain tools, metrics, business processes, and documentation to support project effectiveness; run ad hoc analysis and operational reporting.
  • •Support store budget management and reporting, and identify/prioritize strategic initiatives as a change agent.
  • •Oversee inventory controls including finished goods moves/transfers, allocations/receiving, inventory adjustments, RTVs, and damages/defects.
  • •Lead inventory audits and loss prevention activities, maintain training materials, and ensure weekly/monthly reporting and SLA compliance.
