Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
•Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects.
•Develop work breakdown structures (WBS), work packages, and work package activities.
•Establish baseline schedules through review of contract requirements, durations, logic, resources, and cost/resource profiles.
•Review schedule updates, generate comparison reports, and analyze variances.

Salary: USD 130,900 - 170,100 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of experience in developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera.
•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field.

•Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.
•Advanced knowledge of cost and resource loading project schedules.
