Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute the adidas NAM Paid Search strategy, driving Shopping/PLA and feed-based campaign planning aligned to NAM brand and retail marketing initiatives.
  • •Manage day-to-day paid search operations with KPI accountability by monitoring and reporting performance to senior management.
  • •Oversee the US Shopping paid search budget, evaluate performance across areas within paid search, and reallocate based on results to achieve sales, ROI, and contribution goals.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Digital Activation, Merchandising, Buyers, and Web Analytics to align paid search strategy with inventory levels and product lifecycles.
  • •Drive optimization through testing, reporting, case studies, analysis, and best-practice definition, including training internal stakeholders and managing vendor/platform relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years hands-on paid search experience managing end-to-end paid search campaigns across multiple engines and devices, including bidding strategies, PLAs, RSAs, DSAs, and ad copy targeting business goals.
  • •Proficiency with SEM tools/platforms including DataFeedWatch and Google Ads, with knowledge of Microsoft Ads and Apple Search Ads (plus Adobe and Google Analytics).
  • •Experience using campaign management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Kenshoo, Marin, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • •Advanced computer skills with proven Excel experience; Google Ads certification preferred.
