Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full development lifecycle for internal AI tools: prototyping, proof of concept, scaling to production, beta testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Build complex agents and workflows using Glean and N8N, and develop agentic solutions and full-stack applications using Cursor.
  • •Integrate key data sources into applications/agents securely in coordination with product managers and Enterprise Systems teams.
  • •Evaluate solutions against external vendors when needed, and create UX-friendly tools that work for less-technical business users.
  • •Manage a production cost envelope by testing LLM model tradeoffs and maintain documentation while training end users.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of AI fundamentals including context windows, token consumption, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.
  • •Experience using APIs and building AI solutions with prompt engineering for complex tasks and foundational models (e.g., Gemini, GPT, Claude).
  • •Hands-on experience constructing agentic tools and workflows using platforms like Glean and N8N.
  • •Ability to develop full-stack applications using Cursor and Google Cloud.
  • •Knowledge of scripting plus SQL/SOQL and Python fundamentals.
