Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direct supervision, support the OTC value stream and end-to-end processes from relieving and processing sales through fulfillment and invoicing.
  • •Operate in either Business Development (pricing/contracts or proposals/quotes) or Operations (sales order management or invoicing).
  • •Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Communicate with team and internal clients and provide peer training to new team members.
  • •Participate in continuous improvement and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

  • •Follow and comply with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations; high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 1 year of professional office experience is required; a Bachelor’s in Business and oil & gas experience is preferred.
