Drive the adoption and scaling of GenAI solutions for enterprise customers by leading technical discovery, qualifying opportunities, and defining project evaluation criteria. Guide customers through model and product deployment and customer onboarding, including production setup from GPU to infrastructure and interfaces. Act as a program leader to track POC success metrics and coordinate internal teams (Applied Engineers) and customer stakeholders. Travel about 30–60% and work from client sites.

•Lead technical discovery to understand customer needs and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
•Guide customers in deploying models and products into their infrastructure and develop custom features as needed.
•Onboard customers on products, providing guidance for deployment and integration across the stack (GPU, infrastructure, backend, frontend).
•Define and track success metrics for customer POCs and influence evaluation criteria and processes.
•Operate as a program leader, coordinating internal Applied Engineers and customer-side teams to keep projects moving forward.

Key Requirements

•Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
•Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
•Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
•Fluent in Python with experience deploying containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
•Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure, with CI/CD pipeline experience.
