Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical discovery to understand customer needs and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • •Guide customers in deploying models and products into their infrastructure and develop custom features as needed.
  • •Onboard customers on products, providing guidance for deployment and integration across the stack (GPU, infrastructure, backend, frontend).
  • •Define and track success metrics for customer POCs and influence evaluation criteria and processes.
  • •Operate as a program leader, coordinating internal Applied Engineers and customer-side teams to keep projects moving forward.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
  • •Experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
  • •Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
  • •Fluent in Python with experience deploying containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • •Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure, with CI/CD pipeline experience.
