Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering and proposal/program management to capture functional requirements and translate them into program environment planning and execution plans.
  • •Manage changes in scope and function of the development and collaborative environments over the program lifecycle.
  • •Oversee and monitor cost, schedules, and performance of Digital tasks, including task planning, scheduling, EV reporting, and variance analysis.
  • •Coordinate across multi-functional teams and provide program/project status and influence across multiple functional areas.
  • •Champion and document technical solutions; support pre-proposal/proposal efforts by interpreting Digital requirements and providing Basis of Estimates (BOEs).

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret clearance is required prior to start.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Extensive experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager, leading cross-functional teams.
  • •In-depth understanding of software development, systems integration, DevSecOps, continuous improvement, and testing through the full program life cycle.
