Job Summary

Partner with Revenue leaders and managers to connect people strategy to business priorities. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent and leadership effectiveness, engagement and performance, and compensation cycles. Provide guidance on complex employee matters with consistency and risk awareness. Use data to identify trends and recommend actions that improve retention and team health, while collaborating with cross-functional People and Finance partners across a global, remote-first organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Revenue leaders and managers on people priorities including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent planning, engagement, performance, and team health.
•Provide guidance and practical recommendations on complex employee matters balancing employee experience, business needs, risk, and consistency.
•Build trusted relationships and influence with credibility and direct communication across Revenue and the People Team.
•Lead and support core people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, promotions, employee development, and organizational changes.
•Use data and business context to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions to improve retention, engagement, and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 132,650 - 189,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology company or fast-moving global environment.
•Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, organizational design, change management, engagement, and leadership coaching.
•Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or other customer-facing teams is strongly preferred.
•Excellent communication skills to explain complex or sensitive information and align stakeholders.
•Experience supporting global or distributed teams and comfort using data to identify trends and recommend actions.
