Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Revenue leaders and managers on people priorities including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent planning, engagement, performance, and team health.
  • •Provide guidance and practical recommendations on complex employee matters balancing employee experience, business needs, risk, and consistency.
  • •Build trusted relationships and influence with credibility and direct communication across Revenue and the People Team.
  • •Lead and support core people processes such as performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, promotions, employee development, and organizational changes.
  • •Use data and business context to identify trends, surface risks, and recommend actions to improve retention, engagement, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner, preferably in a technology company or fast-moving global environment.
  • •Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, organizational design, change management, engagement, and leadership coaching.
  • •Experience supporting Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or other customer-facing teams is strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills to explain complex or sensitive information and align stakeholders.
  • •Experience supporting global or distributed teams and comfort using data to identify trends and recommend actions.
