Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE for the day’s patient visits.
  • •Use technology to access your daily schedule and travel to patients’ homes to deliver services.
  • •Build trusting connections with patients while collecting information and performing preventative/diagnostic services.
  • •Provide phlebotomy and related screenings (e.g., diabetic retina/foot screenings and ECGs) in a comfortable, patient-friendly manner.
  • •Label and manage collected samples and coordinate drop-off/shipment to the appropriate lab or facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and specimen collection/management.
  • •Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy and comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • •State-required licensure (and/or proof of training), Basic Life Support certification, and a valid Driver’s License/current vehicle insurance (plus required background/DMV checks).
