Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct extensive investigations into odometer rollbacks, payment kiting, VIN swapping, and other title-related fraud using evidence collection, documentation analysis, and reporting.
  • •Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, DMVs, and third-party vendors to expedite fraud resolution.
  • •Communicate with lienholders to gather payoff information and coordinate vehicle surrenders.
  • •Partner with Treasury Operations, Legal and Compliance, and Executive Resolution to recover vehicles and address fraud-related legal matters.
  • •Identify fraud trends and patterns in title and VIN integrity to proactively mitigate future risk; help maintain training resources and guides.
