Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic supplier management and drive strategic sourcing for foundry, post-fab, and advanced packaging suppliers.
  • •Run commercial negotiations (pricing, capacity commitments, contracts, NRE funding, rebates, long-term supply agreements) and manage the competitive bidding/RFQ process.
  • •Manage supplier development and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) including scorecards and business reviews.
  • •Direct procurement operations by managing a team of buyers for end-to-end processes, including PO management, NPI/NRE procurement program execution, goods receipt, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, Logistics, Planning, and Operations to ensure compliance, track spend/savings, resolve transactional issues, and drive SOPs, automation, and continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 97,720 - 167,520 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Experience with foundry or semiconductor sourcing preferred.
  • •Strong sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and commercial contracting skills.
  • •Familiarity with supply chain management and experience with global manufacturing operations.
  • •Strong financial acumen managing large supplier spend portfolios.
