Job Summary

Own end-to-end interview scheduling and debriefs while hosting candidates onsite for a white-glove experience. Maintain accurate ATS data, prep interviewers with scorecards, and keep hiring loops on time as Kaizen scales. You’ll also support sourcing, shadow the recruiting team as you ramp, and proactively identify and fix manual, repetitive recruiting process work—using automation and AI where it helps.

Key Responsibilities

•Own interview scheduling end to end, including confirmations, reschedules, and debriefs for multi-interviewer panels.
•Host candidates onsite and ensure they leave with a strong impression throughout the loop.
•Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first schedule through offer logistics.
•Keep ATS data clean and trustworthy with accurate stages and current postings.
•Prep interviewers with plans and scorecards so loops stay structured and debriefs move fast.

Key Requirements

•0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent ops, executive/administrative support, customer-facing work, or another high-volume operations role (or equivalent).
•Strong calendar management skills to coordinate multi-person interview panels.
•Obsessive attention to detail with candidate data and communications.
•Ability to provide genuine warmth while hosting candidates onsite.
•High ownership with a bias toward action—fix what’s broken without being told.
