Job Summary

Own compensation operations and people analytics that power Smartly’s total rewards. Support global compensation programs, manage salary survey participation and Workday compensation data, and deliver workforce insights through dashboards and reporting. Validate and audit HR data quality, improve automation and scalable processes, and partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leaders to guide equitable, competitive, and consistent pay decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and administer Smartly’s global compensation programs, including market pricing, offers, promotions, internal moves, job evaluations, and annual compensation cycles.
•Manage salary survey participation, compensation reporting, and analyses to support business decisions.
•Maintain Workday compensation configuration, salary structures, and global job architecture; continuously improve compensation infrastructure.
•Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analyses for compensation and broader People decisions.
•Audit HR data for quality issues and improve reporting processes by standardizing outputs and reducing manual work through automation and analytics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in compensation, people analytics, HRIS, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role.
•Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience with confidence working with large datasets.
•Build dashboards or data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences; handle sensitive data confidentially.
