Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialized, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill trauma patients in the ICU.
  • •Continuously monitor and respond to complex trauma-related emergencies using advanced critical care equipment.
  • •Participate in trauma resuscitations, emergency interventions, and rapid response situations, ensuring timely escalation of care.
  • •Administer medications, blood products, treatments, and life-support therapies safely and accurately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • •Valid DOH Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of recent ICU experience in a tertiary hospital setting.
  • •Experience in a dedicated Trauma ICU, Surgical ICU, or Level I/II Trauma Center.
  • •Current certification in BLS and ACLS.
