Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up monthly with the Procurement team on availability dates for goods arriving from Asia.
  • •Validate supplier collection requests with the 3PL transport provider and coordinate transport execution and customs clearance in France and the US.
  • •Enter stock-balancing transfer orders between France and US warehouses in SAP.
  • •Track each shipment stage from pickup to delivery and send complete shipment documents to the 3PL.
  • •Create reports and tracking tools by consolidating SAP and transport-provider data, and manage transport-related disputes while monitoring on-time performance and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Five-year higher education degree in business or engineering school.
  • •At least two years of experience in supply chain management with experience in distribution or transportation.
  • •Knowledge of distribution flows from Europe to the United States.
  • •Working knowledge of English.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
