Key Responsibilities

•Manage stock transfers between France and the US (Ontime/Infull), including entering transfer orders upon arrival at the regional US warehouse.
•Follow up with the Procurement team monthly on availability dates for goods arriving from Asia, and coordinate supplier collection requests with the 3PL transport provider.
•Enter and balance transfer orders in SAP and monitor transport execution and import customs clearance in France and the US for visibility to the central distribution team.
•Track each shipment stage from pickup to delivery in France and the US; send shipment documents to the 3PL provider and verify packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
•Create reports and weekly tracking tools using SAP ERP and 3PL provider data, manage transport-related disputes, and monitor on-time performance, customs/dispute-resolution costs, and cost-saving opportunities.

Key Requirements

•A five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
•At least two years of experience in supply chain management, with experience in distribution or transportation.
•Knowledge of distribution flows from Europe to the United States.
•Working knowledge of English.
•Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
