Job Summary

Own the end-to-end Knowledge Delivery roadmap for a domain, unifying Knowledge Management (KM) and Training into a single operating engine. Partner with Senior Operations Leadership to translate complex requirements into consistent, risk-aware instructional logic and knowledge tools. Drive OKRs, resource prioritization, and domain health monitoring using KPI insights, while coaching leaders and scaling AI-enabled automation to improve agent proficiency and regulatory safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate the global Knowledge Delivery strategy into a domain roadmap, aligning KM and Training under a single cohesive plan.
•Define and align OKRs across KM and Training to ensure training goals are supported by KM key results and key metrics.
•Enforce the Knowledge Delivery end-to-end lifecycle so knowledge is documented, delivered, and integrated into operational tooling.
•Ensure consistent operational logic across training materials, knowledge bases, and agent tools, and monitor domain health via operational KPIs.
•Coach and develop leads and specialists, fostering a “One Team” culture and translating agent friction into improvements; recommend AI-enabled tools and automation with governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,540,000 - 2,000,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•4+ years leading Knowledge Management, L&D, or Content Operations within regulated or high-compliance industries.
•4+ years leading managers or leads, including performance calibration and succession planning.
•Owned Knowledge Delivery or Learning Strategy at a domain/portfolio level with measurable operational outcomes.
•Partnered with executive stakeholders across departments to align knowledge initiatives with business goals.
•Governed and evolved Knowledge Delivery frameworks, standards, and operating models in fast-paced, globally distributed organizations.
