Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate archive loans and oversee movement, presentation, and tracking of archive materials across the business.
  • •Maintain collection records and systems by cataloguing items and managing physical and digital database updates.
  • •Coordinate digitisation/imaging activities, including scheduling with production teams and ensuring proper preparation and file management.
  • •Support research and archive enquiries by gathering imagery/documentation and responding to internal requests professionally.
  • •Provide archive administration and reporting, including statistics, data tracking, minutes, and regular activity reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Support cataloguing activities including labelling, sorting, numbering, and preparing items for entry into the archive system.
  • •Upload and update records, imagery, and metadata in the database to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • •Coordinate digitisation of archive materials with Studio and Post-Production teams and ensure assets meet required standards.
  • •Conduct research to support internal requests, projects, and presentations with relevant imagery, documentation, and historical information.
  • •Proficiency with digital tools, databases, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent); familiarity with cataloguing or collections management systems is highly desirable.
