Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult on complex employee relations issues including performance management, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.
  • •Recommend performance-related actions to People Managers and edit/administer Corrective Action Plans.
  • •Partner with ER and Legal to conduct internal investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and policy violations.
  • •Use the employee relations case management system to document, review, and track case progress for investigations and performance matters.
  • •Drive ER team cultural adoption through communication and training for People Managers and employees, and stay updated on employment law changes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years equivalent experience in employee relations, HR generalist/HR business partner, or labor/employment law.
  • •Deep understanding of US employment law and related regulations, including Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, and state equivalents.
  • •Skilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict management.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and/or HR-related certifications).
