Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead executive leadership and senior executives in development of short- and long-term strategic business goals and vision.
  • •Facilitate accountability across senior leadership for strategic direction, planning, and action.
  • •Develop, execute, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures aligned to the USAA strategy framework and oversee risks in line with Enterprise Risk Management.
  • •Oversee the planning budget for the organization, including financial management and tracking against approved budgets.
  • •Oversee a team supporting development, communication, and execution of business plans, driving performance management and development while managing recruiting, retention, and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of directly related business planning consultation experience, including leading development of business strategy for short- and long-term goals.
  • •3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
  • •Experience influencing and managing communication to senior executives with concise, official updates on status, progress, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • •Strong business acumen in financial services and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical implementation; ability to use client/customer insights to shape business direction.
