Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot training systems and associated ICT infrastructure at HMAS Stirling, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, provide first-line technical support during training events, and handle installation and configuration of devices on site. Work with system and networking requirements using strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Microsoft and Linux environments, including Windows Server and network fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain hardware and software across all devices on site.
•Support system and networking requirements.
•Install and configure new and existing devices.
•Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues to ensure system availability.
•Act as the first point of contact on site for technical issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
