Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client experience and serve as a trusted advisor by engaging clients and teammates with a strong client-first approach.
  • •Assess financial wellness needs, deliver customized recommendations, and refer investment and insurance solutions to support client goals.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying/developing centers of influence, prospecting, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to hold meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation, and support branch operations/Teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational sales and service knowledge, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Ability to build rapport quickly and interact effectively with clients (required).
  • •FINRA S6 and S63 licenses, FINRA SIE, and Life & Health Insurance licenses upon hire (required).
