Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the continuous improvement vision for the St-Hubert facility and support other MRO sites.
  • •Coordinate and oversee continuous improvement initiatives end-to-end, from idea generation through project execution and change management.
  • •Partner with business unit and value stream owners to implement process improvement best practices and tools (e.g., SIPOC, VSM, RCA).
  • •Coach and train key personnel to build and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
  • •Coordinate with the CORE central team to align to operating system standards and advocate for elevating the program to benchmark levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience in a similar continuous improvement role in both manufacturing and business environments; strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • •Strong project management experience from initiation to completion.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean principles/tools including 6S, VSM, and Kaizen.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant certifications (ACE Associate/Practitioner or CORE Apprentice/Champion), plus experience applying Six Sigma tools.
