Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery execution across DA&I programmes and run-the-bank change against scope, timelines, quality, and cost.
  • •Establish delivery governance across plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID, resourcing, and financials to enable early escalation and clear decisions.
  • •Embed disciplined agile at scale and DevSecOps practices with measurable quality gates across delivery teams.
  • •Prioritise and sequence delivery demand with Platform Leads, balancing throughput with operational stability.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end readiness across cyber security architecture, data, infrastructure-cloud, and service management including release and change governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial technology delivery leadership experience across software development in complex regulated environments.
  • •Proven delivery of customer-focused outcomes across large-scale change and operational support.
  • •Deep understanding of authentication and authorisation engineering, ideally within internet/mobile banking or major digital channels.
  • •Strong knowledge of resilience, scalability, performance, and observability across applications, data, and infrastructure.
  • •Experience delivering at scale using enterprise agile approaches and DevSecOps tools/processes.
