Serve as a field technical consultant responsible for customer relationship management and the installation, implementation, service, testing, and troubleshooting of complex solutions on IT networks and patient monitoring equipment. Work across clinical and non-clinical environments while diagnosing networking and electronic issues. Travel across Central/Northeast Pennsylvania with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements and support the transition to a customer solutions-focused operating model.
•Install, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex, multi-phased systems combining IT infrastructure with patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non-clinical environments.
•Review system configuration for performance viability during implementations and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems.
•Collaborate with regional internal and external resources (including clinical, sales, and service partners) and coordinate project resources and tasks.
•Complete administrative duties and documentation in line with Philips and regulatory requirements, including timesheets, service work orders, Field Change Orders, and preventative maintenance.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional field-based experience in IT technologies or electronics in a clinical/hospital-based service environment (or 7+ years without a degree).
•Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly preferred.
•Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience.
•Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain within 6 months).
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
