Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements and support the transition to a customer solutions-focused operating model.
  • •Install, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex, multi-phased systems combining IT infrastructure with patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non-clinical environments.
  • •Review system configuration for performance viability during implementations and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems.
  • •Collaborate with regional internal and external resources (including clinical, sales, and service partners) and coordinate project resources and tasks.
  • •Complete administrative duties and documentation in line with Philips and regulatory requirements, including timesheets, service work orders, Field Change Orders, and preventative maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional field-based experience in IT technologies or electronics in a clinical/hospital-based service environment (or 7+ years without a degree).
  • •Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators is highly preferred.
  • •Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience.
  • •Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain within 6 months).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
