Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the general contractor to establish the Master Project Schedule using the Critical Path (P6 cost/resource loaded schedule).
  • •Create and establish the Master Project Budget, including soft costs, hard costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
  • •Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, and bid analysis/recommendations.
  • •Coordinate design team activities, constructability reviews, and approvals/permitting processes.
  • •Lead cost/change control, schedule monitoring, document control, QA/QC follow-through, and project closeout planning including cash flow projections and punch list processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 monthly

  • •5+ years of related experience leading capital projects.
  • •Solid understanding of MEP construction management.
