Job Summary

Define and implement enterprise governance for cloud identities, privileged access, and non-human identities across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Lead IAM cloud governance frameworks, establish guardrails for roles and entitlements, and oversee least-privilege and separation-of-duties enforcement. Own service account/NHI governance, drive HPAM oversight (including just-in-time and break-glass), and translate audit/risk requirements into measurable controls and evidence while serving as an escalation point and SME.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the governance framework for cloud identity and access across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms, including design standards and lifecycle oversight.
•Establish enterprise guardrails for cloud IAM constructs such as roles, permissions, entitlements, conditional access, and federation.
•Own governance strategy for service accounts and non-human identities, including inventory, ownership attribution, credential lifecycle, and risk classification.
•Provide governance leadership for privileged access and HPAM patterns, including just-in-time, break-glass, and session oversight.
•Translate regulatory/audit/risk requirements into actionable IAM governance controls and provide evidence to support internal and external audits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Deep experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within large enterprise environments.
•Hands-on knowledge of cloud IAM models covering human and non-human identities.
•Strong understanding of governance, risk, and control design, including audit evidence expectations.
•Experience governing privileged access models and service account lifecycles.
•Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into operational IAM controls.
