Own enterprise customer outcomes by planning and delivering next-generation platform implementations that retire legacy systems. •Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and customer project teams to deliver on time and within scope.
•Provide go-live support through break-fix triage, performance/uptime monitoring, and customer status/risk management engagement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; PMP, Agile, or similar change management certification preferred.
•7-10 years of program/project management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS initiatives.
•Experience retiring legacy systems and migrating data to modern platforms, preferably with Universal Migrator, SQL, and automation.
•Extensive organizational change management experience designing customer adoption strategies using ADKAR or Kotter.
•Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
