Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot minor repairs, alignment, and calibration of equipment to achieve optimum product performance.
  • •Coordinate with Territory Account Manager(s) to manage territory, develop target opportunities, and handle service/maintenance requests.
  • •Maintain and update SFDC data on products, machines, materials, end users, and distribution for Lenox and competitive accounts.
  • •Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot distributor welding equipment.
