Job Summary

Assist designated machine operators and production teams with day-to-day plant support, including maintenance, clean-up, yard and warehouse work, and material handling. Inspect product quality to required standards, help maintain accurate production records, and support shift readiness. Perform machine setup/clean-up during job changes, follow all safety regulations, assist with truck loading/unloading, and verify/count product inventory.

•Handle tasks in repetitive or sequential order to complete assigned work.
•Inspect product quality according to established standards and assist in maintaining accurate production.
•Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with job changes; operate equipment as trained.
•Use required security/safety gear, follow safety regulations, assist with loading/unloading trucks, and maintain/verify/count product inventory.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to follow company production and safety procedures.
•Ability to read words and recognize similarities/differences between words and series of numbers.
•Ability to add/subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide 10s and 100s.
•Ability to frequently stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 75 lbs from ground level.
