Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure alignment of the Contracts Center of Excellence (CCOE) to category management strategy.
  • •Identify vendors that require contracts, prioritize contracting needs, and draft commercial language to negotiate contracts.
  • •Analyze supplier data and information to support contract negotiations and provide category management with options.
  • •Provide regular updates of contract status to management and offer subject matter expert support across the global supply chain organization.
  • •Lead or participate in global contracting process projects and deliver procurement contract training courses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of work experience or minimum 5 years of work experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of commercial contract clauses, RF(x) preparation, and cost modeling.
  • •Proficiency in CLM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Ability to handle multiple priorities and provide creative solutions to complex problems.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and with teams.
