Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure efficient, customer-focused operation of the service department, including maximizing production and controlling costs.
  • •Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of all service department staff; direct and schedule department associates.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and escalated issues, monitoring serviceCSI and keeping it above manufacturer/dealership averages.
