Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and unload all incoming deliveries safely and efficiently using appropriate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks where required.
  • •Check incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and associated documentation for correct part numbers, quantities, and materials.
  • •Process and book incoming goods into SAP accurately and ensure transactions are completed correctly and on time.
  • •Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and packaging and route materials to the correct inspection, storage, quarantine, or production area.
  • •Identify, record, and report shortages, over-deliveries, incorrect materials, damaged goods, and documentation discrepancies; maintain clear traceability and 5S/housekeeping standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of Goods Receiving and general Warehouse activities.
  • •Forklift Truck (FLT) and Reach Truck licence desirable.
