Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and corrective maintenance on flight simulators and associated systems.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure maximum simulator availability and reliability.
  • •Execute visual alignments, calibration activities, and system performance checks.
  • •Execute, analyse, and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) and Approval Test Guide (ATG) procedures.
  • •Lead and coordinate technical activities during shifts, mentor junior technicians, and support simulator upgrades, maintenance records, compliance, and logistics/parts management.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical trade qualification, diploma, degree, or equivalent technical training in electronics, electrical, mechanical, aviation, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of five years’ experience in simulator maintenance, aviation maintenance, defence systems, industrial automation, or a comparable technical environment.
  • •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, and network-based systems.
  • •Experience using test equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in at least one major simulator system (motion systems, visual systems, aircraft systems, or computer/network infrastructure).
