Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • •Produce and present daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and support divisional performance reviews with variance analysis.
  • •Advise on working capital planning, working assumptions, and prepare monthly cash flow statements and forecasts.
  • •Review and manage incentives, support stock and receivables analysis, advise on capex and project evaluation, and recommend improvements to incentive models.
  • •Support audit readiness and completion, drive system and process improvements, and act as an SAP user and project member for group reporting updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Accountant or equivalent post-graduate qualification.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles.
  • •Advanced accounting and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a complex, multi-branded environment.
  • •Ability to operate independently with initiative and teamwork capability.
