Job Summary

Develop, plan, execute, and report technical, SLA, and process audits across the NDA Motor business unit. Carry out internal technical and SLA audits as part of the internal audit programme, including client file reviews and ad hoc bespoke audits. Build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver clear oral and written feedback, and communicate remedial recommendations and corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct and support training/skill-gap analysis with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, plan, execute, and report technical, SLA, and process audits across the NDA Motor business unit.
•Undertake and lead internal technical & SLA audits in line with the internal audit programme, including fast track and multi-track matters.
•Undertake and lead ad hoc and bespoke NDA Motor technical & SLA audits as required by firm policies and procedures.
•Provide clear oral and written feedback and recommendations for remedial action to key business stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 and help drive corrective action plans and training/skill-gap analysis with relevant leaders.

Key Requirements

•Proven claims handling experience or experience working in the insurance sector.
•Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail, especially with Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
•Ability to monitor and drive implementation of effective corrective/improvement plans through to timely conclusion.
•Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
•Desirable: prior technical & SLA experience auditing NDA Motor client files and/or knowledge of developing or maintaining MI reporting systems.
