Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product knowledge on building materials including drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, tools, and related items.
  • •Take sales orders at the counter and over the phone, and enter orders in the company computer system.
  • •Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
  • •Build relationships with customers and assist with purchase decisions.
  • •Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers; overcome objections and emphasize features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms.
