Provide product knowledge and take orders for building materials at the sales counter and over the phone, supporting customers with quotes, credit terms, and sales order forms. Key Responsibilities

•Provide product knowledge on building materials including drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, stucco, tools, and related items.
•Take sales orders at the counter and over the phone, and enter orders in the company computer system.
•Complete sales orders and tender cash sales.
•Build relationships with customers and assist with purchase decisions.
•Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers; overcome objections and emphasize features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; 4 year degree preferred.
