Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers regarding UPS installation, start-up, maintenance, repairs, and training.
  • •Commission UPS and emergency lighting systems, including checking installer work, setting system parameters, and explaining systems to customers.
  • •Diagnose faults, determine causes, replace parts/components as needed, and advise customers on repairs.
  • •Perform planned maintenance, install software updates, and carry out preventive checks of key functions.
  • •Record and process customer information and complete visit and take-over reports in the CRM system.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum a professional bachelor/graduaat in a technical field.
  • •At least 3 years of work experience with UPS systems in a data center environment.
  • •Electrotechnical knowledge.
  • •Safety knowledge and ability to work with safety/regulation/quality/environment procedures (VCA basis, BA5, or VCA-vol is a plus).
  • •Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and French (English is a plus).
