Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
  • •Operate fault isolation equipment to accurately narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
  • •Hypothesize and establish potential electrical or process failure mechanisms using electrical failure models and failure analysis.
  • •Coordinate tool maintenance and present electrical and physical failure mechanisms weekly to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or equivalent experience, Master’s or equivalent experience, or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science.
  • •Proven experience as a team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
  • •Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs.
