Job Summary

Design and deliver C4ISR training instructions and curriculum for all levels of personnel, including developing teaching outlines, instructional methods, tests, visual aids, and criteria to measure training effectiveness. Collaborate with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to identify program needs and provide training support aligned to the training mission. Stay current on training and learning research and may evaluate contractors/vendors supporting training programs.

•Formulate C4ISR teaching outlines and select instructional methods such as lectures, demonstrations, and workshops.
•Develop C4ISR tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, and define evaluation criteria for effectiveness.
•Collaborate with the Lead ISD and Program Manager to identify program needs and provide training support aligned to the training mission.
•Stay current on training and development research and may evaluate/oversee contractors or vendors for training programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,600 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of experience.
•Secret clearance.
•Knowledge of GCCS - J and C4ISR Systems, including technical operations of the suite and components.
•Experience providing training instructions in a military environment.
•Ability to pass an FBI background check and obtain a visa for KSA.
