Job Summary

Lead planning, organization, direction, and control for the Accounting and Fund Administration technology tower under Global Engineering. Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and guidance for planning, organization, direction, and control of the Accounting and Fund Administration technology tower under Global Engineering.
•Support the business unit in developing, implementing, and communicating overall strategy to meet unit and corporate strategic plans.
•Oversee, plan, and direct unit activities to ensure resources are available to achieve business objectives.
•Advance portfolio priorities through program governance/reporting, improved cross-team coordination, and initiative blocker/issue/risk/dependency management.
•Own strategy execution across finance, HR, and reporting for IT-related activities, including capital/expense management and workforce hiring strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field.
•10+ years of experience in similar roles.
•Adept in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word, including MS Copilot.
•Knowledge of Power Platforms, ADO and reporting.
•Ability to troubleshoot issues, evaluate risks, and track them to closure.
